Alexander Feldman
Alexander is a seasoned real estate professional with real estate development and private equity expertise. He has been involved in over $1.5B of development and investment projects. On the residential side, Alexander has invested in the development of over 1,500 multifamily units. Alexander’s work experience include Palatine Capital Partners, RedSky Capital, and Starwood Capital. He graduated from Cornell’s School of Hotel Administration with a Minor in Real Estate.
Enrique Feldman
Enrique is a renown Venezuelan architect with Miami development expertise. Enrique has designed, constructed, and/or developed over 70 residential, single family, hotel, and office projects in Miami, Venezuela, Panama, and Aruba. Most recently, Enrique’s focus has been on luxury homes, where he has built over 20 high-end homes in some of Miami’s most sought-after neighborhoods such as Surfside, Golden Beach, Golden Isles, and Eastern Shores. Enrique graduated from Simon Bolivar University in 1982 and received an MBA from IESA.
